Warehouse Associate – 1st Shift

Location: Oberlin, OH
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM–2:30 PM

We’re looking for a dependable and motivated Warehouse Associate to join our growing manufacturing team in Oberlin, Ohio.

In this role, you’ll play an important part in keeping our operations running smoothly by supporting shipping, receiving, inventory, and material handling activities. What You’ll Do

- Receive incoming materials and complete transactions in the ERP system.
- Unload trucks, verify shipments, and inspect incoming materials for damage or discrepancies.
- Perform cycle counts and help maintain accurate inventory records.
- Inspect finished products prior to shipment to ensure quality standards are met.
- Pack, label, weigh, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
- Prepare shipments for courier pickup and ensure shipping documentation is accurate and complete.
- Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other warehouse equipment.
- Support inventory control activities, including receiving, stock checks, scrapping, and discrepancy reporting.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Follow all OSHA, environmental, and company safety procedures.
- Perform additional warehouse duties as needed.

What We’re Looking For

- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- 1–3 years of warehouse, shipping, or receiving experience preferred.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic computer skills; experience with ERP or shipping software is a plus.
- Basic math skills for inventory and shipping calculations.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Physical Requirements

- Ability to stand and walk throughout the workday.
- Ability to frequently bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb, and balance.
- Ability to lift and move up to 55 pounds without assistance.
- Comfortable working around machinery, noise, and varying temperatures in a manufacturing environment.
