Job Summary

The batching coordinator assists in all areas of the batching department’s administrative responsibilities, including data entry, inventory management & supply ordering.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Order, receive and inventory of department supplies.
• Perform recordkeeping and data entry tasks.
• Assist with SOP creation and modification.
• Assist with audit functions as needed.
• Perform administrative duties related to ingredient inventory management.
• Support staging function for completion of the production schedule.
• Communicate cross departmentally as necessary to accomplish all tasks.

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of secondary education with relevant coursework.
• Previous related experience in production-oriented data entry and inventory management a plus.
• Possess excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and computer skills required.
• Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed.
