Graduate Assistant (Student Success & Engagement) - SC Students ONLY in at Stephens College

The Margaret Campbell Student Success Center is hiring a Graduate Assistant beginning Fall 2026.

We're looking for a self-directed graduate student to join the Success Center team, providing:

• General education Psychology tutoring
• Academic coaching (time management, organization, study strategies, and related skills) for undergraduate students.

Up to 10 hours per week (based on Center needs and student employment guidelines).

Scheduling availability is just as important as subject-matter expertise. The Center operates Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.

Additional Responsibilities

• Support student outreach efforts for the Success Center
• Help lead workshops or academic support events
• Assist with data entry as needed

• Must be successfully enrolled in the Stephens College Master of Education Counseling program

• Contributes to a warm, inclusive academic support environment

• Able to tutor students in 100-level Psychology courses and guide effective academic success strategies

• Prior tutoring or academic coaching experience preferred, but not required

• Able to assist with filing and logging confidential documents

• Able to maintain strict confidentiality regarding records and information
