You will work closely with Finance, Product, Marketing, Legal, Compliance, Business Intelligence, and MarTech teams.
A key focus will be optimizing mobile acquisition, attribution, app conversion, and partner-level lifetime value.
You will also lead and develop an affiliate team while managing external network and strategic partner relationships.
The ideal candidate is a commercially minded affiliate leader who thrives in a fast-moving, highly regulated environment.

Accountabilities
  • Develop and execute the affiliate marketing strategy across current and future regulated markets, including affiliate plans for new market launches.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with leading affiliate partners while identifying and recruiting high-value new publishers.
  • Represent the affiliate program at major industry conferences and events, including G2E, SBC Summit, ICE Barcelona, and iGB L!VE.
  • Own a significant acquisition budget and optimize CPA, revenue-share, and hybrid commission structures based on lifetime value and ROI.
  • Strengthen commercial governance, forecasting accuracy, budgeting, accruals, and partner payment processes in collaboration with Finance.
  • Own the affiliate technology roadmap from a growth marketing perspective and collaborate with Product, MarTech, and Engineering to improve tracking, attribution, and measurement.
  • Develop strategies to maximize mobile acquisition performance, including app installs, deep linking, app-to-registration conversion, and mobile attribution.
  • Oversee affiliate operations across regulated jurisdictions, including partner onboarding, commission structures, governance, licensing requirements, terms and conditions, responsible gaming, and fraud prevention.
  • Partner with Business Intelligence to develop partner-level LTV reporting, executive dashboards, and data-driven investment strategies.
  • Ensure affiliates have access to relevant, high-performing marketing assets and establish scalable partner communications, business reviews, and promotional planning.
  • Manage and develop the Affiliate Manager through coaching, strategic guidance, and performance support.
  • Oversee external affiliate network or managed-service relationships, ensuring strong accountability, service quality, and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with Performance Marketing, CRM, Product Marketing, Brand Marketing, Finance, Legal, Compliance, and MarTech teams to create integrated acquisition strategies.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of affiliate marketing experience, ideally within regulated online gaming, including experience managing affiliate programs, agencies, networks, or strategic partners.
  • At least 2 years of people management experience with a demonstrated ability to coach, develop, and lead high-performing teams.
  • Strong understanding of CPA, revenue-share, hybrid commission models, LTV, ROI optimization, and affiliate partner economics.
  • Proven experience managing affiliate technology and platforms such as Income Access, Impact, CJ, Partnerize, or comparable solutions.
  • Strong commercial, analytical, forecasting, and budgeting capabilities, with the ability to use data to guide investment and partner decisions.
  • Experience with mobile measurement and attribution platforms such as AppsFlyer, including knowledge of deep linking, app acquisition, and mobile conversion journeys.
  • Experience launching or scaling affiliate programs in newly regulated markets is highly desirable.
  • Experience in sportsbook, online casino, or another regulated gaming environment is preferred.
  • Familiarity with BI and visualization platforms such as Sigma, Tableau, or Power BI is an advantage.
  • Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, Analytics, or a related discipline is preferred, although equivalent professional experience may be considered.
  • Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally for partner meetings, industry events, and business needs.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory, compliance, fraud-prevention, and responsible-gaming considerations within affiliate marketing environments.
Benefits
  • Base salary range of $130,000–$200,000 USD, with compensation varying based on experience, skills, and location.
  • Discretionary annual company bonus, subject to role eligibility.
  • 401(k) plan with a 100% company match on the first 4%.
  • Comprehensive medical coverage, including HSA and FSA options.
  • Dental and vision insurance.
  • Paid time off, subject to role eligibility.
  • Employee Assistance Program.
  • Work-life balance initiatives and a people-oriented, supportive environment.
  • High degree of autonomy with an emphasis on personal responsibility and ownership.
  • Opportunities for professional and personal growth within a rapidly evolving industry.
  • Exposure to an innovative and fast-growing regulated gaming environment.
