SSC Mobile Equipment Operator in Cincinnati, Ohio at Ashland Foundry & Machine Works LLC

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION:

• Experience and ability to drive forklift and bobcat in close quarters
• Move hoppers filled with sand and unload trucks of material to make steel castings
• Clean up sand around shakeout area with the bobcat
• Other duties as assigned

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

• Ability to follow safety guidelines and protocols for wearing PPE

Tools and Equipment:

• Hard hat
• Safety glasses
• Steel toe boots
• Gloves
• Ear plugs
• N-95 mask

Physical Demands:

• Ability to do a combination of sitting and standing for the duration of shift
• Ability to bend, kneel, and squat
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Work Environment:

• Not climate-controlled
• Foundry environment

• Forklift and Bobcat experience
