Lead Verification Specialist
Fast-paced, high-volume clinic looking for a top skilled Verification Specialist
Home Office location: 612 East Lamar Blvd Arlington, Texas 76011
Work environment: Remote within the Dallas/Fort Worth area
Work hours: Full-time, 40 hours weekly; Monday thru Friday, (10am - 630pm)

What You Will Need:
• High School Diploma or equivalent (REQUIRED)
• Two years of Patient Access, Insurance Verification or Revenue Cycle (REQUIRED)
• Six months of Prior Lead, SME or mentorship experience (PREFERRED)
• CHAA - Certified Healthcare Access Associate upon hire (PREFERRED)
What You Will Do:
• Provide real-time leadership and support to PAIC IV staff
• Monitor and manage daily worklists based on DOS priority (urgent, next day, future)
• Ensure consistent application of PAIC IV processes and standards and assist in balancing workload across team members to meet service level expectations
