This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Product Specialist based in United States.

This role offers an opportunity to support the growth of a leading agricultural equipment and technology portfolio across Kansas and Oklahoma.
You will work closely with dealers and customers to promote products, strengthen product knowledge, and improve the overall customer experience.
The position combines sales support, technical product expertise, training, demonstrations, and relationship management.
You will help dealer teams maximize the performance of agricultural equipment and technology while identifying opportunities to grow market share.
The role also provides a strong customer-facing presence through farm visits, dealer events, clinics, demonstrations, and industry activities.
Success will depend on your ability to communicate effectively, build trusted relationships, and translate product capabilities into practical customer value.
This is an ideal opportunity for an agriculture professional who enjoys combining technical knowledge, sales, education, and field engagement.

Accountabilities
  • Proactively promote a portfolio of agricultural equipment, technology, and related products across the assigned territory to support market-share growth and business development.
  • Partner with dealers to optimize product performance, efficiency, technology adoption, and customer experience.
  • Educate and train dealer teams and customers on product capabilities, technology solutions, services, and best practices.
  • Support product demonstrations, ensuring prospective customers receive an engaging and informative experience while increasing dealer salesperson confidence.
  • Participate in customer visits alongside dealers to build relationships, identify new prospects, qualify leads, and gather Voice of Customer insights.
  • Support lead-generation activities and maintain strong visibility into opportunities, training activity, demonstrations, and customer engagement.
  • Coordinate and participate in customer-focused events, including clinics, training sessions, farm shows, dealer events, and other regional activities.
  • Work collaboratively with account managers, peers, dealer personnel, and other stakeholders to strengthen customer satisfaction and territory performance.
  • Maintain accurate internal documentation, administrative records, metrics, and reporting associated with product demonstrations, training, lead generation, and customer activities.
  • Provide field feedback and market insights to help improve product adoption, dealer effectiveness, and customer engagement strategies.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; a bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Marketing, Engineering, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, marketing, customer service, technical support, or a related role within the agricultural industry, including equipment, technology, inputs, or retail.
  • Demonstrated experience operating agricultural equipment and a strong understanding of agricultural technology products.
  • Experience working within a dealer-based distribution channel, with 2+ years of sales experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of agriculture and agronomy, with the ability to understand and communicate technical product information.
  • Experience developing or delivering product training and educational curricula is highly desirable.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, relationship-building, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to educate dealers and customers, conduct product demonstrations, and communicate product value clearly to different audiences.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
  • Experience using Salesforce CRM or similar customer relationship management platforms.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with dealers, customers, and internal teams.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly when managing field activities, reporting, lead generation, and multiple priorities.
  • Must reside in Kansas or Oklahoma and be able to support the assigned regional territory.
  • Ability and willingness to travel within the territory for customer visits, demonstrations, training, dealer activities, and industry events.
Benefits
  • Primarily remote position with work performed from a home office, except when business needs require in-person presence.
  • Health care and wellness plans.
  • Dental and vision coverage.
  • 401(k) savings plan with company match.
  • Employee Stock Purchase Plan with the opportunity for eligible employees to purchase company stock at a discounted price.
  • Paid holidays and paid time off.
  • Health Savings Accounts and Flexible Spending Accounts.
  • Continuing education reimbursement.
  • Life insurance and supplemental insurance options.
  • Opportunity to work closely with agricultural dealers, customers, and innovative equipment and technology solutions.
  • Field-based exposure to agricultural markets, customer operations, product demonstrations, and industry events.
