  • Partner closely with Sales Engineering, Professional Services, Marketing, Support, and other cross-functional teams to accelerate deals, adoption, and revenue growth.
  • Develop and execute partner and channel strategies that generate incremental regional revenue.
  • Identify opportunities to improve sales effectiveness and contribute to the evolution of regional commercial strategy.
  • Recruit, mentor, and develop high-potential sales professionals and build the next generation of regional sales leadership.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of sales management experience, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding enterprise-level revenue targets.
  • Demonstrated experience leading strategic enterprise sales teams, preferably within a growing or scaling technology business.
  • Experience developing and executing regional or national strategic sales plans and delivering measurable results within budget and timelines.
  • Strong knowledge of enterprise sales methodologies, particularly MEDDPICC and Force Management, with practical experience applying them to deal coaching and execution.
  • Ability to develop client-focused, differentiated, and commercially achievable solutions that address complex enterprise needs.
  • Exceptional ability to communicate, present, negotiate, and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels, including executive and C-suite audiences.
  • Strong strategic thinking, business judgment, prioritization, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to balance long-term growth with immediate execution.
  • Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships across organizational boundaries and create strong internal and external networks.
  • Excellent listening, written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to persuade stakeholders and communicate complex ideas clearly.
  • Experience working effectively across functions and engaging teams in a collaborative, customer-focused environment.
  • Ability to coach, motivate, and develop sales leaders while creating a culture of accountability, performance, and continuous improvement.
  • International experience is preferred.
