  • At least 5 years of experience developing and producing proposals; experience supporting pharmaceutical industry proposals is preferred.
  • Strong proposal coordination capabilities, including planning, organization, communication, prioritization, and resource management.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and professionally.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated success collaborating with multidisciplinary and cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to understand, organize, and synthesize large volumes of complex information.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain high-quality standards while managing multiple deadlines and shifting priorities.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; familiarity with customer relationship management databases is desirable.
  • Experience working with Adobe and Microsoft templates and maintaining consistent visual and formatting standards.
  • Strong problem-solving, time-management, and multitasking skills, with the flexibility to work additional hours when necessary to meet critical deadlines.
  • Collaborative and proactive mindset, with a willingness to support teammates across a broad range of proposal-related activities.
  • Ability to maintain clear communication with supervisors and team members and work effectively in a remote environment.
Benefits
  • Competitive annual salary range of $95,000–$125,000.
  • Fully remote work environment within the United States.
  • Opportunity to contribute to high-impact proposals supporting mission-critical and regulated industries.
  • Collaborative environment with exposure to business development, operations, practice leadership, and multidisciplinary teams.
