Knorr-Bremse India Private Limited is a 100% subsidiary of Knorr-Bremse AG Germany which is more than 110 years old Company and world's leading manufacturer of braking systems for Rail and Commercial vehicles. Knorr-Bremse started its operation in India in 1993 and relocated to Palwal location in 2013, which is set up to cater to the growing demand in the Indian market.
Knorr-Bremse has built a state of the art manufacturing facility spread over 17 Acres of land situated at 51/4 KM stone at main Mathura Road near Palwal. With optimized plant logistics and an improved working environment for employees, the new facility was built with an eye on maintaining the ecological balance. The plant conforms to Green building norms with energy-efficient air-conditioning and a high level of insulation. This helps reduce its carbon footprint, which the company considers a part of its environment sustainability.
Requirement Analysis -
Ability to read and understand requirements of system/product level under mentorship. - Participate in Requirements sessions with customers to understand product fit w.r.t. requirements
and the resulting gaps.
Architecture/Design -
Ability to read and understand design at sub-component level
Programming and Coding -
Ability to code as per to the design under mentorship - Should adhere to coding standards and conventions - Medium productivity - Medium quality of code with few Defects Implementation - Performs proper documentation of development and changes. Prepare Technical documentation. - Performs unit tests/module tests to ensure software quality - Debugging Skills: Speed, Technique , method, style etc
Development Testing -
Ability to execute test cases and log - Ability to log defects, report and track them till closure - Ability to Develop Script as per the Test Case - Ability to define functional test cases & execute test cases - Ability to log defects, report and track them till closure
Process Adherence & Quality Focus -
Ability to follow process - Get all development reviewed - Be aware of organizational process - Learn from errors
