AmaWaterways is seeking exceptional bilingual French & English-speaking Cruise Managers to join our expanding river cruise fleet and deliver outstanding, detail-driven guest experiences across Europe.

This is a highly visible role where you will set the tone for the entire voyage—combining operational excellence with thoughtful, personalized service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and elevate the end-to-end onboard guest experience
  • Serve as the central point of contact between guests, crew, and shore teams
  • Deliver engaging briefings, host events, and curate daily programming
  • Oversee and accompany excursions, ensuring high-quality execution
  • Anticipate guest needs and resolve challenges with professionalism and speed

What We’re Looking For

  • Fluency in English and French (required)
  • Strong background in hospitality, tourism, luxury service, or events
  • Confident communicator with refined interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Passion for travel, culture, and storytelling
  • EU residency and work authorization (required)
  • Other language speaking skills are a plus
