This role sits at the intersection of engineering, logistics safety, and large-scale heavy lift transportation operations. You will be responsible for ensuring that complex transport activities are executed safely, compliantly, and with strong technical rigor across regional shipments. Acting as a key risk control expert, you will review engineering documentation, validate transport readiness, and ensure that logistics providers meet strict safety and compliance standards. You will collaborate closely with sourcing, logistics, and operational teams to strengthen decision-making during planning and execution phases. The role also involves training stakeholders and improving risk control practices across the supply chain. This is a high-impact position where your expertise directly contributes to safer, more reliable industrial transport operations supporting critical energy infrastructure.

You will ensure the safe, compliant, and technically validated execution of heavy lift transport operations by assessing risks, reviewing technical documentation, and supporting logistics decision-making across the region. Your main responsibilities include:

• Reviewing logistics service providers’ method statements and identifying gaps, inconsistencies, or risks before shipment execution
• Ensuring compliance of loading plans, lashing arrangements, and transport certifications through detailed technical assessments
• Driving corrective actions with logistics partners to resolve non-compliance issues and improve safety standards
• Supporting sourcing teams during the Request for Information (RFI) phase by evaluating technical transport concepts
• Training internal stakeholders and logistics providers on risk control and compliance requirements
• Monitoring adherence to safety, regulatory, and internal standards throughout the transport lifecycle
• Evaluating logistics provider performance and compliance with risk control notification processes

You should bring strong engineering expertise combined with solid knowledge of logistics operations, particularly in heavy lift or industrial transport environments. The role requires analytical thinking, stakeholder management skills, and the ability to operate in complex, time-sensitive scenarios.

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Transport Engineering, or a related field
• Strong understanding of transportation engineering principles and heavy lift logistics best practices
• Experience in technical evaluation of transport plans, safety documentation, and compliance requirements
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify risks, challenge assumptions, and propose improvements
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence internal and external partners
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and dynamic operational environment
• Familiarity with logistics compliance frameworks and risk assessment methodologies
