This role is a senior, hands-on finance leadership position responsible for driving the core FP&A engine of a complex, data-driven organization. You will oversee budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and financial planning cycles while ensuring accuracy, discipline, and alignment across the business. The position plays a critical role in turning financial data into actionable insights that support executive decision-making and strategic priorities. You will lead a team of analysts and establish strong operating rhythms, ensuring clarity in timelines, deliverables, and accountability. A key focus of the role is owning and continuously improving the financial planning cadence, including cross-functional coordination and performance tracking. This is a high-impact environment where execution excellence, analytical rigor, and leadership are essential to shaping business outcomes.
This role is responsible for leading FP&A operations, managing a high-performing finance team, and delivering accurate, timely, and actionable financial insights to senior leadership.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of FP&A professionals, ensuring high-quality outputs, prioritization, and strong execution discipline.
- Own and manage the end-to-end FP&A cycle, including budgeting, forecasting, monthly and quarterly reporting, and close support.
- Establish and maintain the financial planning calendar, ensuring alignment across stakeholders, timelines, and deliverables.
- Drive consolidation and delivery of financial plans across revenue, expenses, cost structure, and headcount.
- Oversee executive-level reporting, including variance analysis, KPI tracking, and performance commentary for senior leadership and the board.
- Ensure consistency and accuracy in financial reporting packages, improving standardization of tools, templates, and processes.
- Partner with business leaders to support decision-making, resource allocation, and financial performance management.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance forecasting accuracy, scalability, and efficiency.
- Support strategic analysis, scenario modeling, and ad hoc executive requests with high-quality insights.
This role requires strong FP&A leadership experience, deep analytical capability, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, execution-focused environment.
- 10+ years of progressive finance or FP&A experience, including leadership of teams.
- Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and performance management processes.
- Proven ability to lead monthly, quarterly, and annual FP&A cycles in complex organizations.
- Experience delivering executive-ready reporting and partnering with senior leadership teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Advanced financial modeling capabilities and strong command of financial systems and tools.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven, high-accountability environment.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex financial concepts for non-finance stakeholders.
- Strong business acumen and ability to connect financial outcomes to operational drivers.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA, CPA, or CFA preferred).
- Competitive salary range: $130,000 – $140,000.
