Accountabilities

This role is responsible for leading FP&A operations, managing a high-performing finance team, and delivering accurate, timely, and actionable financial insights to senior leadership.

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of FP&A professionals, ensuring high-quality outputs, prioritization, and strong execution discipline.
  • Own and manage the end-to-end FP&A cycle, including budgeting, forecasting, monthly and quarterly reporting, and close support.
  • Establish and maintain the financial planning calendar, ensuring alignment across stakeholders, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Drive consolidation and delivery of financial plans across revenue, expenses, cost structure, and headcount.
  • Oversee executive-level reporting, including variance analysis, KPI tracking, and performance commentary for senior leadership and the board.
  • Ensure consistency and accuracy in financial reporting packages, improving standardization of tools, templates, and processes.
  • Partner with business leaders to support decision-making, resource allocation, and financial performance management.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance forecasting accuracy, scalability, and efficiency.
  • Support strategic analysis, scenario modeling, and ad hoc executive requests with high-quality insights.
Requirements

This role requires strong FP&A leadership experience, deep analytical capability, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, execution-focused environment.

  • 10+ years of progressive finance or FP&A experience, including leadership of teams.
  • Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and performance management processes.
  • Proven ability to lead monthly, quarterly, and annual FP&A cycles in complex organizations.
  • Experience delivering executive-ready reporting and partnering with senior leadership teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Advanced financial modeling capabilities and strong command of financial systems and tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven, high-accountability environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex financial concepts for non-finance stakeholders.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to connect financial outcomes to operational drivers.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA, CPA, or CFA preferred).
Benefits
  • Competitive salary range: $130,000 – $140,000.
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage.
  • Retirement savings plan (401(k)) with employer contributions.
  • Paid time off and flexible work arrangements (remote, U.S.-based).
  • Opportunity to lead and develop a high-performing FP&A team.
  • Exposure to executive leadership and strategic decision-making processes.
