Registered Nurse (RN)- Cardiac Rehabilitation in Bennington, Vermont at Southwestern Vermont Health Care

In consultation with the Medical Director and the Cardiac Rehabilitation Therapist, this position is responsible for providing individualized goal directed nursing care through the use of the nursing process. In consultation with the Medical Director and the Cardiac Rehabilitation Physical Therapist, this position is responsible for guiding the patient through a safe progression of the patient’s cardiac rehabilitation exercise program.

*Looking for per diem RN to provide vacation coverage*

Requirements:

Graduation from an accredited school of nursing required.

Two years of clinical nursing experience with progressive responsibility in the areas of education, leadership, critical care and human resources.

Ability to obtain valid Vermont State Registered Nursing license by date of employment required.

Health Care Provider BLS certification required within 90 days of hire. .

Valid Acute Cardiac Life Support ACLS certification required.
