Inside Sales Manager (m/f/d)

What you will do with us
  • As the central interface between account management, customers, vendors, and internal departments, you confidently keep all the moving parts aligned.
  • You proactively identify opportunities with existing and new customers and turn them into concrete business opportunities.
  • You independently manage the entire sales cycle — from the initial inquiry to the successful closing — ensuring that no opportunity is missed.
  • You efficiently structure complex requirements, tenders, and framework agreements, bringing both speed and quality into the process.
  • You maintain and continuously develop customer, opportunity, and contract data in the CRM/ERM system with accuracy and consistency.
  • You identify optimization potential early, drive improvements forward, and coordinate multiple topics and partners simultaneously with high energy.

  • English & German at C1 level proficiency.
