- Provide first-line IT support to employees across global teams, ensuring timely troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues.
- Manage and maintain cloud-based systems and user accounts, including onboarding and offboarding processes for collaboration and productivity platforms.
- Monitor service desk platforms and communication channels to respond effectively to support requests and system incidents.
- Configure, maintain, and optimize IT systems and tools to ensure reliability, security, and operational efficiency.
- Contribute to IT projects and system improvement initiatives that enhance workflows and user experience across the organization.
- Develop and maintain internal documentation, user guides, and knowledge resources to encourage self-service support and improve operational processes.
- Support hardware troubleshooting and assist users with day-to-day technical challenges in a remote work environment.
- Participate in occasional after-hours support or on-call activities when required for critical operational needs.
- Minimum 2 years of experience supporting cloud-based IT environments such as Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, or similar productivity platforms.
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills with the ability to identify root causes and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Customer-focused mindset with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong written and verbal English communication abilities.
- Experience supporting remote teams and working in fast-paced, high-growth environments is highly valued.
- Familiarity with collaboration and business tools such as Slack, Zoom, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently while maintaining attention to detail and service quality.
- Proactive approach to process improvement, documentation, and automation opportunities.
- Comfortable working flexible schedules when occasional after-hours support is required.
- Ability to successfully complete a police background check.
