- Support the execution of strategic growth initiatives by coordinating planning activities, tracking deliverables, maintaining accountability structures, and ensuring progress toward key milestones across digital programs.
- Prepare executive-level materials including strategic updates, dashboards, presentations, leadership briefings, and performance reports to communicate initiative progress and business impact effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment, knowledge sharing, and consistent execution across enterprise and digital workstreams.
- Conduct market intelligence and competitive research activities by leveraging internal and external data sources, synthesizing findings into actionable insights and portfolio recommendations.
- Utilize AI-powered tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, and Claude to accelerate research, generate strategic content, validate outputs, and improve operational efficiency.
- Support leadership meetings, strategic planning sessions, and annual summits through agenda preparation, facilitation support, action item tracking, logistics coordination, and post-session documentation.
- Assist with acquisition integration activities by coordinating project management tasks, preparing leadership materials, and supporting integration-related communication and execution.
- Maintain structured project management processes including project plans, RAID logs, reporting trackers, and operational analysis to ensure accountability and execution rigor.
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
- 3–5+ years of experience in management consulting, strategy, operations, or within a fast-growing business environment.
- Strong project management capabilities with experience handling multiple complex initiatives simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and accountability.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas clearly to senior executives and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Demonstrated analytical and critical thinking abilities, including synthesizing qualitative and quantitative information into actionable business recommendations.
- Experience creating high-quality presentations, executive summaries, and strategic documentation for leadership audiences.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and manage responsibilities within tight timelines in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency with emerging AI technologies and tools, including prompt development, real-time iteration, research acceleration, and workflow optimization.
- Strong collaboration and facilitation skills with the ability to support strategic discussions and drive productive outcomes across teams.
- Competitive base salary ranging from $90,000 to $120,000 USD annually.
- Total compensation potential between $100,800 and $141,600 USD including annual incentive opportunities.
