Solution Architect, Salesforce Core / Agentforce

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Solution Architect, Salesforce Core / Agentforce based in the United States.

This role is a strategic Salesforce architecture position focused on shaping end-to-end solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Agentforce AI capabilities. You will act as a key advisor between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating complex sales and service requirements into scalable, high-impact Salesforce solutions. The position plays a critical role in driving revenue transformation, service optimization, and AI-enabled workforce productivity across enterprise clients. You will lead discovery sessions, define architecture vision, and ensure cohesive solution design across multiple systems and teams. Operating in a fast-paced consulting environment, you will also mentor delivery teams and guide best practices across functional and technical domains. This is a highly visible role where business strategy, customer experience, and AI innovation intersect.

Accountabilities
  • Lead Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Agentforce engagements, defining scalable end-to-end solution architectures aligned with client business objectives and transformation goals.
  • Translate complex business requirements into optimized Salesforce designs, including automation strategies, sales and service lifecycle processes, AI-driven workflows, and cross-system integrations.
  • Own functional architecture design, ensuring alignment across data models, governance standards, user adoption strategies, and measurable business outcomes.
  • Facilitate workshops, executive sessions, and solution design discussions to align stakeholders on vision, approach, and delivery roadmap.
  • Provide functional leadership and mentorship to consulting and delivery teams, ensuring consistent execution across distributed (onsite/offshore) resources.
  • Drive innovation by leveraging Salesforce capabilities such as Flow, analytics, automation, and Agentforce AI to enhance productivity and customer experience.
Requirements

This role requires deep Salesforce expertise combined with strong functional architecture and stakeholder leadership capabilities. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in enterprise Salesforce transformations and can confidently bridge business strategy with platform design. Strong communication, consulting, and problem-solving skills are essential in a client-facing environment.

  • 10–12 years of Salesforce experience, including 5–7 years in Solution Architect or senior functional leadership roles.
  • Strong expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Agentforce, including sales lifecycle, forecasting, case management, and AI-enabled automation.
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce data models, security frameworks, governance principles, and platform capabilities from a functional architecture perspective.
  • Experience designing enterprise integration approaches and collaborating with technical architects on APIs, middleware, and system architecture.
  • Knowledge of release management, environment strategy, change management, and user adoption best practices.
  • Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I required; Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Architect certifications preferred).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or related field, with strong stakeholder management abilities.
