This role is a strategic sales opportunity focused on driving growth across the transportation, logistics, and supply chain technology sectors throughout North America.
You will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, building partner ecosystems, and expanding market adoption of advanced identification, tracking, and automation solutions.
The position combines direct enterprise sales with channel development, requiring close collaboration with system integrators, OEMs, and technology partners.
You will engage with supply chain leaders, logistics operators, and digital transformation teams to solve complex operational challenges through innovative technology solutions.
Success in this role requires a strong understanding of transportation and logistics environments, paired with a consultative, solution-oriented sales approach.

- Develop and execute the regional sales strategy for the transportation and logistics sector across North America, aligned with growth objectives and market priorities.
- Build, manage, and convert a robust pipeline of opportunities across key applications such as fleet tracking, shipment visibility, warehouse automation, cold chain monitoring, and yard management.
- Engage directly with logistics providers, shippers, third-party logistics companies, and enterprise supply chain organizations to identify needs and advance sales opportunities.
- Establish and support a strong partner network including system integrators, OEMs, ISVs, and technology solution providers.
- Manage the full sales cycle from discovery and qualification through proposal development, negotiation, and closing.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams to refine market messaging, strengthen positioning, and accelerate adoption.
- Monitor industry trends, competitive developments, and emerging technologies to identify new business opportunities and support strategic decision-making.
- Maintain accurate forecasting, CRM discipline, and sales reporting to ensure visibility and predictable revenue performance.
- 5–8+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management within transportation, logistics, supply chain, or related industrial markets.
- Proven success driving revenue growth and securing new business in solution-based sales environments.
- Strong understanding of logistics operations, including warehousing, transportation networks, distribution, asset management, and last-mile delivery.
- Experience selling integrated technology solutions that combine hardware, software, and services.
- Knowledge of RFID, industrial AIDC technologies, IoT solutions, or related identification and tracking technologies is highly desirable.
- Experience working with channel partners, system integrators, OEMs, and technology ecosystems.
- Strong ability to engage stakeholders across operations, engineering, procurement, IT, and digital transformation teams.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Technology, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field preferred.
- Competitive base salary ranging from $95,000 to $125,000 annually.
- On-target earnings (OTE) potential of up to $208,000.
