Job Description

Digital Construction Implementation Engineer

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Digital Construction Implementation Engineer based in the United States.

This role sits at the intersection of construction delivery and digital transformation, helping major construction organisations successfully adopt modern project management tools on live sites.
You will work directly with clients to understand their operational challenges and ensure smooth onboarding and implementation of digital solutions.
The position combines hands-on site engagement, stakeholder relationship management, and product feedback loops with internal teams.
It offers a unique opportunity to influence both how construction projects are delivered and how digital tools evolve over time.
You will act as a trusted advisor to project teams, driving adoption, improving workflows, and unlocking measurable efficiency gains.
The environment is fast-paced, collaborative, and highly mission-driven, with strong exposure to both field operations and product development.

Accountabilities

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring successful adoption of digital construction tools across client projects while continuously improving implementation processes. You will serve as the primary point of contact for customers during onboarding and rollout, ensuring they gain maximum value from the platform.

  • Own customer relationships and drive successful adoption of digital tools across construction projects, acting as the main escalation and support contact.
  • Lead onboarding, training sessions, and ongoing support to ensure smooth implementation and sustained product usage on site.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and usage, developing mechanisms to track engagement and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams by sharing structured feedback from real-world site deployments.
  • Develop training materials, guides, and internal knowledge resources to support client teams and scale adoption processes.
  • Stay informed on construction industry workflows and digital trends to continuously refine implementation approaches and best practices.
  • Build scalable implementation systems and processes to support both enterprise and self-serve customer growth.
Requirements

The ideal candidate brings strong hands-on experience in construction environments, particularly in project or site-based roles where digital tools are used to manage day-to-day operations. You are confident working across technical, operational, and leadership stakeholders, and you naturally help others adopt better systems and workflows.

  • Proven experience in construction management or site-based project delivery roles, with direct exposure to construction software tools.
  • Strong understanding of construction workflows, coordination practices, and project execution environments.
  • Confident communicator able to engage effectively with both site teams and senior leadership stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead initiatives independently, structure workflows, and drive adoption of new tools or processes.
  • Practical mindset with a track record of improving efficiency through templates, systems, or digital tools (e.g., Excel, Word, or industry platforms).
  • Ability to gather insights from users and translate them into actionable improvements for product and process teams.
  • Nice to have: experience with onboarding metrics, user engagement tracking, training delivery at scale, or team leadership/coaching.
Benefits
  • Competitive salary based on experience and location
  • Private medical insurance
  • Paid leave
  • Discretionary bonus scheme
  • 4-day work week model
  • Flexible working approach focused on outcomes rather than fixed hours
  • Access to coaching, mentoring, and wellbeing support
  • Strong learning and development culture with rapid professional growth opportunities
  • High-performing, collaborative team environment with strong internal knowledge sharing
  • Long-term opportunity to contribute to meaningful transformation in the construction industry
