  • Support client engagement and business development through proposals, presentations, and relationship management.
  • Mentor and guide junior and intermediate engineers, contributing to team capability development.
  • Conduct site visits to support field implementation, commissioning, and stakeholder coordination.
Requirements:

This role requires strong expertise in process engineering within water treatment and environmental remediation, combined with leadership capabilities and professional engineering credentials.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Environmental, or Process Engineering.
  • Active Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation is required.
  • 7–9 years of experience in industrial water treatment, environmental engineering, or remediation projects.
  • Proven experience in engineering design, project execution, and commissioning phases.
  • Strong ability to manage technical projects and coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams.
  • Experience in environmental consulting or project-based engineering environments is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and related engineering/business tools.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

  • Exposure to multidisciplinary engineering teams and complex industrial challenges.
  • Career growth opportunities within a leading environmental and engineering organization.
  • Hybrid and/or remote flexibility depending on project requirements.
