  • Support senior leaders and managers in driving adoption, communication, and organizational readiness
  • Design and deliver training materials, job aids, and enablement content to support user adoption
  • Track change effectiveness, measure success metrics, and provide reporting on progress and risks
Requirements:

The ideal candidate brings strong consulting experience in change management, particularly in technology-driven transformation environments, with the ability to guide organizations through complex transitions.

  • 5+ years of experience in change management, organizational transformation, or related consulting roles
  • Experience supporting technology implementations, ideally with exposure to CRM platforms such as Salesforce
  • Background in higher education, healthcare, nonprofit, or similar mission-driven sectors strongly preferred
  • Strong understanding of structured change methodologies (Prosci certification preferred)
  • Ability to develop clear communication, training, and stakeholder engagement strategies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to diverse audiences
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills in fast-paced environments
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred
Benefits:
  • Fully remote work across the United States with flexible engagement on client projects
  • Competitive compensation aligned with experience, skills, and expertise (estimated range: $100,000 – $160,000 USD)
  • Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage
  • HSA and FSA options for healthcare and dependent care flexibility
  • Life, disability, fertility, and family planning support benefits
  • 401(k) retirement plan with employer contributions
  • Unlimited flexible time off and paid federal holidays
  • Structured career development paths with opportunities for advancement and mobility
  • Inclusive, people-first culture focused on wellbeing, diversity, and professional growth
