About the role:
We are looking for a Marketing Manager who can drive lead generation, strengthen our digital presence, and translate marketing insights into business results.
This role combines performance marketing, content and social media, campaign execution, and analytics. The ideal candidate is both hands-on and strategic, comfortable moving between execution and decision-making.
Responsibilities
Performance Marketing
- Take full ownership and run point on all digital performance marketing efforts.
- Develop and execute SEM, SMM, and SEO campaigns across Google, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other emerging platforms.
- Manage end-to-end campaign execution: ad creation, targeting, optimisation, and reporting.
- Conduct keyword research, A/B testing, and continuous campaign improvement to maximise ROI.
- Allocate and track digital marketing budgets, identifying opportunities for cost optimisation.
- Collaborate with content, design, and operations teams to ensure campaigns are delivered seamlessly.
- Develop and execute social media strategies to grow engagement, brand awareness, and customer retention.
- Create, schedule, and publish content across social platforms.
- Monitor trends, track performance, and refine content strategies accordingly.
- Manage customer interactions and feedback across social channels.
- Work with internal teams, freelancers, influencers, and vendors to create engaging content.
- Support the planning and execution of online and offline events, workshops, webinars, and open houses.
- Coordinate event logistics, marketing materials, communications, and follow-up activities.
- Support brand-building initiatives and partnerships that strengthen awareness and reputation.
- Track and analyse campaign performance, website traffic, social media metrics, and other digital KPIs.
- Generate actionable reports and insights to optimise campaigns and support decision-making.
- Execute data-driven A/B tests and adjust campaigns based on performance insights.
- Present campaign performance, insights, and recommendations to management regularly, demonstrating accountability for results and ROI.
- Serve as the main point of contact for all digital campaign performance, reporting, and optimisation strategies
- Budget Allocation: Allocate and manage the digital marketing budget effectively to maximise ROI.
- Financial Reporting: Track and report on budget expenditure, ensuring transparency and accountability.
- Cost Optimisation: Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements in marketing spend.
- Consistently generating quality leads and enrolments.
- Growing engagement and reach across digital channels.
- Delivering campaigns on time and within budget.
- Using data and insights to drive continuous improvement.
- Clearly communicating campaign performance, insights, and recommendations to management, translating data into actionable business decisions.
- Contributing meaningfully to the growth of Write Edge and its brands.
- At least 4 years of experience in performance marketing, social media management or digital marketing
- Hands-on experience executing paid campaigns (SEM, SMM, SEO) and managing social media accounts
- Strong knowledge of CRM systems, WordPress/Elementor, and social media platforms
- Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects end-to-end, meeting deadlines and KPIs
- Strong creative, strategic, and analytical skills to translate insight into action
- Excellent time management, prioritisation, and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborative mindset, comfortable working with internal teams and external partners
- Monday-Friday, 9am to 6pm
- Salary: $4000-$5000 monthly
