Compensation
This is a commission-based opportunity with top performers earning $150,000+.
What You'll Do
Drive Sales & Build Your Business
- Take ownership of customer opportunities from initial inquiry through vehicle delivery.
- Build relationships with customers through phone, text, email, video, and in-person interactions.
- Generate repeat business and referrals through exceptional service and follow-up.
- Consistently achieve individual sales goals while contributing to team success.
Deliver an Exceptional Customer Experience
- Guide customers through a consultative, pressure-free purchasing process.
- Understand customer needs and match them with the right vehicle and ownership solution.
- Create a memorable experience that earns trust, loyalty, and long-term relationships.
Become a Product Expert
- Participate in paid manufacturer and dealership training programs.
- Learn vehicle technology, features, financing options, and ownership benefits.
- Confidently demonstrate products and explain value to customers.
What We're Looking For
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in sales, retail, hospitality, customer service, leadership, or business development. (Automotive experience a plus, but not required)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated mindset.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
- Comfortable using technology, CRM systems, text messaging, email, and video communication tools.
- Positive attitude and desire to learn.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including Saturdays.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
