JOB SUMMARY AND SPECIFICATIONS
- JOB SUMMARY
  - Under supervision of the clinic manager, develops and implements individual occupational therapy programs for all ages designed to maximize patient mobility and function within their physical limitations/disabilities through various occupational therapy treatment interventions.
- MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  - Professional & Technical Skills
    - Good communication skills, ability to apply the theory of occupational therapy, competency in performing occupational therapy treatments and operating equipment, basic computer skills.
  - Education
    - Graduate of an accredited program of occupational therapy culminating in a minimum of a bachelor of science degree.
  - License(s) or Certification(s)
    - Valid occupational therapy license in the state of Indiana
  - Other Skills or Requirements
    - CPR certification
  - Skilled to Care for Certain Age-Related Patient Groups (incumbents will be skilled in the care of the following patient groups)
