Experienced Medical Office ManagerThis is a post-acute Cardiology, Nephrology, and Pulmonology established practice.
We are seeking an experienced Medical Office Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure efficient, compliant, and patient-centered clinical workflows. This role is ideal for a highly organized, detail-oriented leader with a strong background in healthcare operations, staff management, and revenue cycle coordination.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day office operations, workflows, and staff performance
Supervise clinical support staff (MAs, schedulers, front office)
Ensure compliance with HIPAA, payer requirements, and applicable state regulations
Oversee scheduling, patient flow, and provider support to optimize productivity
Coordinate credentialing, onboarding, and offboarding processes
Partner with billing teams to support accurate documentation and timely claims
Monitor KPIs, encounter volumes, and operational metrics
Serve as a liaison between providers, leadership, and facilities
Support EMR operations, troubleshooting, and training
Maintain a professional, patient-focused office environment
Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Medical Office Manager or similar role
Strong knowledge of medical office operations, billing workflows, and compliance
Experience managing multi-provider or multi-location practices preferred
Proficiency with EMR/EHR systems (experience with multiple platforms a plus)
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
Specialty practices (cardiology, nephrology, pulmonology, or post-acute care)
Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or long-term care operations
Credentialing support
