Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional client service by acting as a trusted benefits professional and fostering strong carrier/vendor relationships
• Collaborate with account managers, producers, and support staff to drive new business growth and ensure client satisfaction and retention
• Manage a diverse book of business across medium to large accounts, providing guidance and support on benefits programs
• Oversee policy administration including rating, quoting, RFP preparation, open enrollment materials, and resolution of coverage or billing issues
• Ensure regulatory compliance with ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA, and ACA requirements while supporting claims and client inquiries

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in employee benefits
• Active Life and Health insurance license required
• Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities for fostering client and carrier partnerships
• Hands?on familiarity with an Agency Management System (AMS).

Salary: $80k
