Role Overview
We are seeking a Technical Recruiter to help build and scale our engineering, product, and delivery teams. This role will partner closely with leadership and hiring managers to own full cycle recruiting while improving how we identify, evaluate, and close top technical talent.
This is a hands on role for someone who enjoys both execution and systems building. You will be responsible for sourcing and hiring great people while also refining processes, improving candidate experience, and strengthening how Teifi tells its story to prospective candidates.
Key Responsibilities
Full Cycle Recruiting
- Own end to end recruiting for technical roles including engineering, product, delivery, and related functions.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to define roles, align on expectations, and calibrate talent.
- Manage candidates through sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer stages with a strong focus on quality and experience.
Sourcing & Pipeline Development
- Proactively source and engage high quality candidates across multiple channels and markets.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of both active and passive technical talent.
- Conduct thoughtful outreach that clearly communicates the role, team, and opportunity.
Candidate Experience & Communication
- Act as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Ensure timely, clear, and authentic communication at every stage.
- Represent Teifi Digital’s culture, values, and work with honesty and care.
Process & Operations
- Coordinate interview processes and logistics in partnership with hiring teams.
- Identify opportunities to improve recruiting workflows, tools, and documentation and leverage Teifi’s investment in HRIS tools (Rippling).
- Track recruiting metrics and use data to understand what is working and where to improve.
- Provide feedback to leadership on market conditions, candidate sentiment, and hiring trends.
Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of experience in full cycle recruiting, with a focus on technical roles.
- Experience recruiting for engineering, product, or technical delivery teams.
- Strong sourcing skills and comfort engaging passive candidates.
- Ability to partner effectively with hiring managers and operate as a trusted advisor.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience using an ATS (Rippling preferred)
- Comfortable working in a fast paced environment with shifting priorities.
- Experience in an agency, consultancy, or high growth environment is a plus.
- Familiarity with e-commerce, Shopify, or digital product teams is an asset.

The pay range for this role is:
85,000 - 105,000 CAD per year(Vancouver)
