Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Adoption Caseworker to support children and families involved in adoption care. The Adoption Worker will provide adoption/permanency services delivered in a group setting at designated FCCP sites. Specifically, this position will provide Support Group and group Child Preparation services. Our new associate will work with both children and adults working toward permanency for the children in the program.
- Meet with children and families to complete units of service as referred by the Statewide Adoption Network including Child Profiles, Family Profiles, Child Preparation, Child Specific Recruitment, and Adoption Finalization
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human service field required.
- Good organizational skills/communication skills.
- Education, licensing, credentialing and work experience specific to each state required.
- Valid state driver’s license and own means of transportation required.
- Must be at least 21 years of age
