J1 Restaurant Worker at Diverse Concepts, LLC – Myrtle Beach, South Carolina

POSITION SUMMARY:

Provide quick and efficient service to our guests by delivering food and/or drink orders.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

v Deliver food orders to Chill Bar, pool area and/or terrace.

• Prep condiments for the day labeling accordingly with date.
• Assist service staff in bussing tables.
• Assist servers in cleaning and sanitizing.
• Assist bartenders with delivery of beer, ice, and supplies as requested.
• Stock plates, silverware, condiments, etc. as needed.
• Sweep and mop kitchen floor as needed.

v Practice safe working conditions under the Occupational Safety and Health Administration guidelines to include blood borne pathogens and property Health Plan.

v Keep pool deck clean from spills and trash.

v Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards.

v Assist Chill Bar when needed to deliver food or drinks (ABC license required)

v Maintain assurance of all pool and slide rules.

v Perform additional duties as requested by management.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Must be able to work weekends, holidays, days and evenings.
• Must be self-motivated and able to work well with minimal supervision.
• Must have or be able to acquire TN Server Permit.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must maintain a clean uniform and keep a professional appearance.
