Position Summary

The MS365 SharePoint Site, Power Applications, and Power BI Developer supports digital transformation initiatives for US Navy financial management, ERP migration, and business process modernization. This position designs, develops, secures, and maintains Microsoft 365 solutions including SharePoint Online sites, Power Apps, Power Automate workflows, and Power BI dashboards to enhance operational transparency, data governance, internal controls, and executive decision support.

The Developer works closely with USN Financial Management, User Management, Training, and Change Management teams to automate manual processes and provide audit-ready analytics in support of Navy ERP cutover and sustainment efforts.

Design, develop, and administer secure Microsoft 365 solutions that support Navy ERP governance, financial management operations, and audit readiness requirements.

Architect and manage SharePoint Online environments including site collections, hub sites, structured document libraries, metadata schemas, and retention policies in compliance with DoD and DON records management standards. Configure role-based access controls in alignment with segregation of duties, FIAR requirements, and Flank Speed governance standards.

Develop and deploy Power Apps solutions to support ERP ticket tracking, budget realignment workflows, transaction validation for P2R and P2Py processes, user provisioning and SAAR tracking, and cutover catch-up logs. Integrate applications with SharePoint, Excel, and approved API endpoints while implementing business rules, validation logic, and approval routing consistent with Business Transition Plan governance and internal control documentation standards.

Design and maintain Power Automate workflows to support approval routing, funding validation, notification and escalation processes, user lifecycle management, and data synchronization across ERP support trackers. Implement logging, monitoring, and error handling to ensure audit traceability and transaction accountability.

Develop Power BI dashboards and analytical reporting solutions that provide visibility into budget execution, Status of Funds, ULO and NULO tracking, ERP interface errors, and defect trends. Build data models using Power Query, integrate ERP and feeder system extracts, and publish secure reports within Flank Speed workspaces using role-level security.

Ensure all solutions align with audit readiness, internal control requirements, reconciliation tracking, and abnormal balance monitoring standards. Collaborate with functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable Microsoft 365 solutions and support end users through training materials, walkthroughs, and technical documentation.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related field.Five or more years of experience developing Microsoft 365 enterprise solutions.Demonstrated experience with:Power BI dashboard developmentData modeling using DAX and Power QuerySharePoint Online Power Apps developmentPower Automate workflowsExperience supporting Department of Defense or federal financial systems.Understanding of ERP financial structures including Funds Management, Controlling, and Materials Management.Active Secret clearance

Preferred Qualifications
