Position Details

We are looking for an ambitious and determined individual to join our growing team as a maintenance assistant. This position will be responsible for ensuring smooth facility operations by performing routine preventive maintenance, assisting with repairs, and troubleshooting issues with equipment.

Education / Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in trades (electrical, plumbing, mechanical) strongly preferred

Preferred Skills

• Ability to safely operate hand and power tools (requirement)
• General mechanical knowledge, preferably in a manufacturing environment (highly preferred)
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects
• Must be able to stand, kneel, and bend for extended periods
• Willingness to learn
• Good communication skills
• Problem solving skills
• Basic plumbing, carpentry, and electrical knowledge
