As our services and campaigns expand, we are seeking a talented Senior Copywriter / Healthcare Content Strategist to join our team.

Position Overview:
The Senior Copywriter / Healthcare Content Strategist will be responsible for creating, scaling, and governing high-quality written content across marketing, patient education, and provider touchpoints. This role ensures messaging is clinically accurate, compliant, on-brand, and conversion-focused while supporting a growing volume of initiatives across digital, print, and patient/provider communications.

Responsibilities:

A. Patient-Facing Content

• Write and maintain copy for website pages, treatment education, blog posts, emails, and patient materials.
• Translate complex clinical concepts into clear, non-stigmatizing, patient-friendly language.
• Ensure consistency with brand voice, tone, and messaging standards.
• Support SEO-informed content development in collaboration with Marketing and UX teams.

B. Provider & Partner Communications

• Develop copy for provider recruitment, referral partner materials, health system partnership decks, and provider emails/toolkits.
• Adapt messaging for different audiences while maintaining professional credibility.
• Ensure clarity, accessibility, and alignment with clinical standards.

C. Campaign & Launch Support

• Support content needs for new locations, services, PR announcements, and video scripts.
• Collaborate with Design and Video teams to align copy with visuals.
• Maintain message consistency across channels during campaigns.

D. Compliance, Review & Governance

• Ensure all content aligns with HIPAA, clinical accuracy, ethical marketing, and brand guidelines.
• Partner with Compliance and Clinical Leadership during review cycles.
• Maintain approved language libraries, disclaimers, and messaging guidance.
• Reduce revision cycles by anticipating regulatory and clinical concerns upfront.

Requirements:

• 5–8+ years of professional copywriting experience, preferably in healthcare, behavioral health, or regulated industries.
• Proven experience in patient education, clinical content, and SEO-optimized digital copy.
• Strong command of tone, voice, long-form and short-form content, and UX-aware copywriting.
• Ability to manage high-volume content production across multiple initiatives.
• Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally with clinical, legal, and design teams.
