This role offers a strategic and highly impactful opportunity to lead the development and evolution of revenue cycle management and payroll solutions in the healthcare space. You will manage the full product lifecycle, from market research and roadmap planning to execution and post-release performance tracking. The position requires close collaboration across product development, technology, sales, marketing, and client-facing teams to ensure products meet customer needs and drive operational efficiency. This is an ideal role for a data-driven, customer-focused product leader who thrives in a fast-paced, innovative, and remote-friendly environment while influencing both strategic direction and tactical delivery.

Accountabilities:
  • Lead the development and execution of complex product features and initiatives across revenue cycle management and payroll products.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation in RCM and payroll workflows to improve efficiency and innovation.
  • Conduct market research and analyze customer data to define product vision, strategy, and success metrics (KPIs).
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product development, sales, marketing, and delivery teams to ensure successful product launches, client onboarding, and adoption.
  • Mentor and support other product managers to optimize product R&D throughput and quality.
  • Ensure compliance with industry and regulatory standards while maintaining operational efficiency for billing teams.
  • Develop product roadmaps, business cases, and presentations for internal stakeholders and leadership reviews.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in healthcare SaaS, with both strategic and tactical expertise.
  • 5+ years of experience in revenue cycle management, healthcare billing operations, and/or payroll systems.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degrees a plus.
  • Deep understanding of SaaS business models, pricing strategies, and customer lifecycle management.
  • Advanced skills in product roadmap planning, prioritization, customer journey mapping, and VoC analysis.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills, with proficiency in using metrics to guide product strategy.
  • Expert-level communication skills for conveying vision, writing product requirements, and presenting market-facing materials.
  • Experience working in Agile environments, with knowledge of Jira, Confluence, Product Plan, or similar tools.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered product development tools (e.g., Claude, Copilot, Bolt) and design/prototyping tools like Figma.
  • Excellent leadership, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
