Position Summary
As a BCaBA in our Deltona clinic, you will be an essential link between client progress and staff development. Working under the supervision of a BCBA, you will lead a small, focused team designed to minimize burnout and maximize quality supervision. Key Responsibilities
Clinical Oversight & Implementation
Assist in conducting assessments and developing high-quality treatment plans within a reasonable caseload.
Monitor client progress through data analysis and the 20% built-in paid indirect time provided daily.
Facilitate regular caregiver meetings and training sessions to ensure families are active partners in progress.
Participate in scheduled clinical meetings to advocate for client needs and ensure continuity of care.
Leadership & Mentorship
Supervise and mentor a small, focused team of RBTs, providing a minimum of 10% paid oversight.
Model evidence-based interventions and provide real-time feedback to foster a culture of positivity and fun.
Participate in team-building experiences and growth opportunities within your specific clinical team.
Qualifications
Certification: Active Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) certification in good standing.
Credentialing: Medicaid Credentialed Provider preferred (Reliatus and the client will assist with this if necessary).
Licensure: Valid Florida State License (or eligibility for licensure).
Core Competencies: Strong collaborative mindset and a desire to participate in a "staff-first" clinical culture.
Physical Requirements: Ability to be physically active and engage fully with clients in a clinic-based setting.
