Your Role as a Service Advisor

You will serve as the primary point of contact between our customers and service team by:

• Guiding customers through the service process from check-in to delivery
• Actively listening to customer concerns and accurately identifying service needs
• Clearly communicating repair recommendations and timelines
• Preparing estimates and selling recommended maintenance and repair services
• Coordinating with technicians to ensure accurate and timely completion of work
• Delivering an exceptional customer experience every time

What We’re Looking For

• Have prior service writing experience in a dealership or automotive service environment
• Are customer-focused, professional, and results-driven
• Can multitask in a high-volume service department

Position Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must possess a valid driver’s license
