Billing and Settlements Document Auditor at XTL Transport, Logistics, Distribution – Etobicoke, Ontario

Contribute to our departments’ objectives by ensuring that complete and legible
documents are accurately indexed against orders, and auditing & distributing
invoices to customers.

Areas of responsibilities:
Audit and Index Trip Documents:

• Index driver scans
• Scan and index Cartage paperwork
• Scan and index Costco Shunter paperwork
• Invoice Auditing and Distribution:
• Receive, audit and send invoices to clients
• Receive and index Supplementary documents
• Using KTA, index the XTL Supplementary images & XLI Supplementary images
• Using Revenova, index the Email inbox images

Cross Department Communications:

• Report Poor scanning to the Settlement Auditor
• Working with AR on paperwork issues if requested
• Work with CLPs on approvals if needed

Work Expectations:

• Daily upkeep of the KTA
• Indexing Shunter and Cartage PODS as received
• Timely distribution of customer invoices
• Provide Poor scanning drivers to Settlement Auditor

• Location: 75 Rexdale Blvd, Etobicoke, ON (100% In-Office position)

• Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• Days: Monday to Friday (5 days per week)
