Titan Electrical Services is currently seeking a dependable Warehouse Assistant / Material Handler to support our warehouse operations and jobsite material deliveries.

Position SummaryThe Warehouse Assistant / Material Handler is responsible for assisting the Warehouse Manager with material handling, tool assignments, and deliveries while ensuring the warehouse remains clean, organized, and safe at all times. This role creates value for our customers and business by supporting field teams with timely, accurate material and tool distribution.

This position reports directly to the Warehouse Manager.

Key ResponsibilitiesBe on time and ready to start work at the designated start time

Complete OSHA 10 within 30 days of employment

Maintain a safe, clean driving record

Operate company vehicles in a safe and courteous manner

Keep company vehicles clean, fueled, and ready for use

Deliver jobsite tools and materials according to scheduled times

Check tools and equipment in and out using the company tracking platform

Maintain warehouse cleanliness inside and out (sweeping, blowing debris, removing cobwebs)

Organize and inventory returned materials and consumables

Coordinate and maintain RGA materials

Receive, label, and inventory incoming deliveries

Notify appropriate Project Managers of received deliveries

Label all materials with project PO number and job name

Keep outgoing materials labeled, staged, and organized

Empty trash daily or as needed

Clean and prepare returned tools and equipment for redeployment

Notify Warehouse Manager of damaged or missing tools/materials

Wear and use required PPE at all times, especially during deliveries

Always work safely — you are important to the Team

QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent preferred

Prior warehouse, material handling, or delivery experience preferred

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Ability to safely operate company vehicles

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented

Ability to lift, carry, and move materials safely

Must pass pre-employment drug screening

Eligible to work in the U.S. (E-Verify required)
