POSITION SUMMARY

As an Ice Cream Scooper (Purveyor of Yum), you are the person who delivers the magic that is Clementine's experience. Responsible for greeting each customer who comes in, helping them find the perfect flavor and offering extra scoops, pints of ice cream, and our curated merchandise. Scoopers for Clementine’s understand that repeat customers are our life blood, always thanking them for visiting and circling back to ensure “Happiness” happened.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver a world class customer experience for every customer by
• Greeting customers
• Answering customer questions
• Preparing and serving all offered ice cream and beverages
• Ability to describe our flavors and effectively sample to our customers
• Knowledge of our merchandise
• Provide consistent and correct scoop sizes
• Upsell additional ice cream offerings
• Stock and restock items
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness
• Operate point of sale/complete point of sale transactions
• Assist with other tasks as needed

• No experience required
• Previous experience in retail or food service preferred
• Must be 16 years of age or older
• Available weekends and some holidays
• Strong communication skills
• Customer service skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
