Housekeeping Supervisor, 1st Shift, Marysville, Oh in Marysville, Ohio at Scioto Services

Scioto Services is seeking a reliable and proactive day shift Supervisor to support daily operations, monitor staff performance, and strengthen communication across departments. This role is hands-on and requires strong critical thinking, quick decision-making, and a polished, personable presence.

Responsibilities-

• Conduct walk-through audits to check work quality and identify issues
• Adjust staffing and assign tasks based on operational needs
• Prioritize findings and ensure corrective actions are completed
• Visit multiple departments daily to monitor progress and provide support
• Respond to incoming calls, emails, and messages, including off-shift communication
• Communicate with staff about daily and weekly updates to help build a strong culture
• Ability to travel to small medical buildings 1-2 times a week to check in with team and customer
• Provide strategic assistance during heavy workloads or urgent situations.
• Periodically check on 2nd and 3rd shift operations (no fixed schedule).
• Spend one week on 2nd shift and one week on 3rd shift during initial training.
• Respond to off-shift calls (frequency expected to decrease over time).

• Polished communicator; able to interact with all levels of staff and customers
• Highly organized and efficient
• Quick thinker with the ability to act fast during changing conditions
• Personable and professional demeanor
• Strong critical thinking skills

Requirements-

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Successful completion of pre-employment criminal background check, drug screen, Flu shot, and TB test
• Basic computer knowledge of Microsoft and Excel
• Flexible schedule
• Team- oriented with strong self-motivation

Compensation-

• Pay- to be discussed
• Eligible for an incentive bonus beginning in 2027 (after one year of employment).
