JOB SUMMARY:

The Exercise Physiologist functions under the supervision of the Cardiac Rehabilitation Manager. Assist to coordinate patient care activities in both Cardiac Rehab and Pulmonary Rehab. Ability to observe, obtain information and document on appropriate forms. Share significant findings with the Cardiac Rehab and Pulmonary Rehab Staff.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred); Fitness certification required; American Heart ACLS certification
