Senior Organizational Change Consultant - REMOTE

In this role, you will join a global R&D team focused on advancing knowledge in the life sciences sector. Your expertise in Organizational Change Management will be vital as you help organizations solve challenges and improve operational effectiveness. Accountabilities- Plan, lead and implement various client-focused projects.
- Conduct business requirements research and facilitate workshops.
- Optimize processes and develop training programs.
