Job Summary
The role of the Youth CCS Mental Health Professional (MHP)/Supervisor is focused on providing direct supervision and clinical support to the Youth CCS Care Coordinators. The MHP/Supervisor also provides clinical guidance to high-risk youth and young adults enrolled in Youth CCS. The MHP/Supervisor responsibilities are two equally essential roles. The supervisor responsibilities include direct supervision of the Youth CCS staff to ensure comprehensive services are being provided to meet the individualized needs of each person served by Youth CCS. The clinical work includes providing direct clinical consultation to Care Coordinators and supporting high-risk enrolled youth who may need additional clinical care.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Work is performed in an office and community environment. Travel is required. Must be able to go up and down stairs. Must be comfortable being around and/or interacting with youth and young adults who have severe and persistent mental health needs. WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Noise levels range from low to medium, when the office is populated. Work is performed in an office and community environment. Work is performed in the community including going into homes, and other locations to serve individuals enrolled in the Youth CCS program. Travel is required.
