Direct Report To: Dietary Manager

About the Role: We have an exciting opportunity for a Dietary Aide to join our dedicated team at Hickory Network. As a Dietary Aide, you will prepare and cook the client's healthy meals to promote improved health and well-being of all clients.

Job Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Have basic kitchen knowledge.
  • General knowledge of sanitation regulations and safety standards.
  • Must hold a valid driver's license with acceptable driving record and provide own insured transportation.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities to effectively handle challenging situations.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively as a part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Flexible schedule with the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
