Dishwasher at The Flame – Lac Du Flambeau, Wisconsin

Summary/Objective: The Dishwasher position will be responsible for cleaning and sanitizing dishes, utensils, pots, and pans either by hand or using dishwashers. They ensure that kitchen equipment is maintained and ready for use during restaurant operations.

Essential Job Functions: Specific duties include, but are not limited, to the following:
Key Responsibilities:
•Wash dishes, pots, pans, and utensils according to sanitation guidelines.
•Inspect and verify cleanliness and operation of dishwasher machines.
•Organize and store clean dishes and utensils.
•Assist with kitchen cleaning and organization tasks.
•Empty trash and maintain cleanliness in kitchen and dishwashing areas.
•Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors on a regular basis.
•Assist with other cleaning tasks as directed by management.

Work Environment: The Dishwasher position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with frequent interaction with staff and customers. The role involves prolonged standing, walking, and occasional lifting of up to 25 lbs.
