About the RoleSmarTek21 is seeking a Senior Director of Delivery Services based in the Seattle, Washington market to lead global client delivery operations across multiple accounts, programs, and geographies. This senior leadership role requires deep consulting experience, strong delivery execution, and proven ability to manage global delivery organizations across both project-based and managed services engagements.
As a key member of the global delivery leadership team, the Senior Director will partner closely with Sales, Account, Practice, and Executive leaders to drive enterprise-wide delivery outcomes, support account growth, and ensure consistent execution across onshore and offshore delivery models.Key ResponsibilitiesDelivery Execution & Client Success

• Lead and oversee delivery execution across multiple client accounts, programs, and geographies.
• Own delivery performance, ensuring commitments related to quality, timelines, and client satisfaction are consistently met.
• Serve as a senior, client-facing escalation point for delivery risks, client concerns, and complex operational issues.
• Act as a trusted senior advisor to client executives, leveraging consulting expertise to drive successful outcomes.

Financial & Operational Leadership

• Manage delivery financial performance at the portfolio level, including gross margin, utilization, revenue realization, and cost control.
• Partner with Finance, Sales, and Account leaders to forecast delivery revenue, margins, capacity, and growth opportunities.
• Ensure adherence to delivery governance, operational metrics, and executive reporting standards.

Consulting, Architecture & Pre-Sales Leadership

• Lead and influence consultants, architects, pre-sales, program management teams across delivery engagements.
• Provide senior-level consulting, delivery, and solution input into pre-sales activities, including estimates, delivery models, staffing approaches, and risk assessments.
• Support complex deal shaping, solution validation, and delivery transition activities.
• Partner with Sales and Practice leaders to ensure solutions are executable, scalable, and aligned with delivery best practices.

People & Global Delivery Leadership

• Lead, coach, and develop Delivery Directors, Delivery Managers, Client Engagement Managers, consultants, and architects.
• Drive performance management, leadership development, succession planning, and retention strategies across delivery teams.
• Oversee global onshore and offshore delivery operations, ensuring effective collaboration, capacity planning, and utilization.

Practices, Industries & Service Offerings

• Provide delivery leadership across enterprise technology practices including Oracle, ServiceNow, Epic, Snowflake, and related platforms.
• Support delivery execution across industry verticals including Financial Services, Travel & Hospitality, and Healthcare.
• Ensure alignment with industry-standard Project Management and IT Service Management (ITSM) methodologies.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, or a related field.
• 15+ years of experience in consulting services and delivery leadership within IT services or professional services environments.
• Proven experience operating as a senior consulting leader advising executive stakeholders and shaping complex solutions.
• Demonstrated success leading consultants, architects, pre-sales, and program management teams.
• Demonstrated success managing global onshore and offshore delivery organizations.
• Strong client-facing experience with executive-level communication, escalation, and risk management.
• Demonstrated ownership of delivery financial performance, including margins and utilization.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent).
• Experience operating at a Senior Director level within consulting or delivery organizations.
• Experience supporting rapid growth, global transformation, or scaling delivery organizations.
• Exposure to large-scale digital, engineering, or technology transformation programs.

Compensation & BenefitsThe base salary range is $165,000 – $180,000 per year. Actual compensation will be based on experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity. This role may also be eligible for annual incentive compensation.
