Currently, QES offers shift differential pay that calculates at $3.00 per worked hour. Shift Differential is exempt from overtime rates and PTO hours. The shift differential rate is subject to change at any time at the company’s discretion

Quality Electrical Systems is seeking a skilled Industrial Electrician to join our team in the production and installation of Fabricated Electrical Houses (E-Houses) for industrial applications. This role involves electrical installation, equipment wiring, and system testing, all performed to the highest quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in industrial electrical systems, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to interpret electrical schematics and technical documentation.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform electrical installation and wiring of
industrial equipment including switchgear, control
panels, transformers, and power distribution
units inside modular E-House structures.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics,
blueprints, and wiring diagrams to ensure
accurate layout and execution.
• Conduct troubleshooting, testing, and
inspection of electrical systems to verify
compliance with QES and industry standards.
• Collaborate with engineering and quality
control teams to resolve technical issues
and implement improvements.
• Maintain compliance with OSHA regulations,
NEC standards, and company safety policies
during all work activities.
• Assist with documentation including work
orders, wiring logs, and quality inspection records.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and test instruments
(e.g., multimeters, insulation testers) as required
for installation and diagnostics.
• Support mechanical assembly teams as
needed during integrated build phases.

Qualifications:
Licensed Electrician: or technical certification
or associate’s degree in electrical technology
or industrial systems preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial
electrical installation, panel wiring, or related
fields.
• Strong knowledge of electrical codes
(e.g., NEC) and safe work practices in
industrial environments.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting technical
drawings and schematics.
• Familiarity with installation practices for low
and medium voltage systems, conduit bending,
and cable terminations.
• Journeyman Electrician license or equivalent
certification (preferred but not required).
• Effective communication skills and a team-
oriented mindset.

Preferred Experience:
Background in E-House construction,
modular power systems, or industrial
prefabrication.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing or
continuous improvement initiatives.
• Exposure to IEEE, UL, or utility-specific
specifications for electrical systems.
