Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide habilitation services through structured music activities and engagement
2. Support individuals in developing communication, social, emotional, and daily living skills through music
3. Create individualized music-based activities based on each person’s goals and abilities
4. Encourage participation, creativity, confidence, and positive social interaction
5. Monitor progress and document services provided in a timely and accurate manner
6. Collaborate with caregivers, families, and other team members to support individual goals
7.Maintain a safe, respectful, and encouraging environment during sessions
8. Ensure compliance with all program, professional, ethical, and legal standards

Qualifications:
1. Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or special needs preferred
2. Background in music, music instruction, music performance, or related field referred
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
5. Compassionate, patient, and creative approach to service delivery
6. Must meet all applicable state and agency requirements for habilitation service providers
