This temporary, part-time role offers hands-on exposure to Revenue Operations and Salesforce processes within a fast-paced SaaS environment. You will play a key role in maintaining accurate and consistent sales data, supporting reporting, forecasting, and overall operational efficiency. The position is highly executional, ideal for detail-oriented individuals who enjoy working methodically and following defined procedures. You will interact with sales data, account hierarchies, and commission fields, contributing directly to the integrity of the organization’s CRM and RevOps systems. Review Salesforce and Salesforce CPQ records to identify errors, missing fields, and inconsistencies.
Identify and merge duplicate account records, managing triaged merge requests.
Maintain account hierarchies, process change requests, and validate parent-child relationships.
Support ad hoc data cleanup projects related to reporting, forecasting, or territory assignments.
Validate sales crediting and commission fields for completeness and accuracy prior to processing.
Follow defined processes and dashboards to ensure data hygiene and operational consistency.
Requirements:
Currently enrolled college student, recent graduate, or equivalent practical experience.
Extremely high attention to detail with comfort performing repetitive tasks.
Interest in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or business systems.
Ability to follow documented processes consistently and accurately.
Comfortable using Salesforce or able to learn quickly.
Strong written communication and basic spreadsheet skills.
Prior exposure to Salesforce, CRM systems, data entry, QA, or administrative operations is a plus.
Interest in SaaS or go-to-market teams is beneficial but not required.
Benefits:
