This role provides critical support to the business development team, ensuring operational excellence across all sales and client engagement activities. You will manage and maintain key sales materials, coordinate internal processes, and track project workflows to streamline efficiency. The position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment. You will interact with internal teams and external stakeholders, assisting in proposal management, pipeline tracking, and marketing initiatives. Maintain and continuously improve internal business development materials, templates, and documentation to enhance team efficiency.
Oversee centralization, archiving, and updating of key resources such as case studies, capabilities decks, and proposal libraries.
Coordinate workflow across internal teams to ensure timely completion of sales-related tasks, including lead generation and prospecting efforts.
Support preparation and submission of RFPs, RFIs, and other proposal requests, acting as liaison with internal teams and external vendors.
Track and report pipeline metrics, monitor Salesforce data, and ensure accurate documentation of business development activities.
Assist with marketing initiatives and perform additional operational or administrative tasks as needed.
Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, operational, or related field.
1–2 years of professional experience in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, insurance, or related sectors.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Comfort with ambiguity, adaptability, and proactive problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Salesforce is preferred.
Experience in sales, account management, or business development is a plus.
Competitive salary range: $70,000 – $90,000 USD, depending on experience and location.
